- Dayal Abraham Added December 05, 2017★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Staff are very good 'salespeople' but as with most salespeople it's all about selling the goods and when there is a problem they don't want to loose money and provide a refund. Rather shop at big chains such as Harvey Norman or Bunnings where the items are cheaper and it's quick and easy to exchange goods or get a refund or whatever you desire. However shop here if you want advice on cleaning products and showmanship picking up bowling balls ect. However if you are like me you would rather have value for money and good customer service over product demonstrations and salespeople then I would shop elsewhere. I will not feel bad when small chains go out of business for bigger chains and internet shopping.
